Credits are used per generation and reset each billing period. Unused credits do not roll over.
How do AI credits work?
Every generation uses credits. The free plan includes 5 generations a month; paid plans include 100, 300 or 800 credits depending on the plan. Your remaining balance is always visible in your dashboard. If a request fails or is rejected before it runs, credits are not deducted.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. The free plan gives you five generations a month with no card required. You can upgrade or cancel at any time.
What currency am I billed in?
Subscriptions are priced and billed in South African rand (ZAR) on a monthly basis. Customers outside South Africa can subscribe too; your bank may apply its own conversion and fees.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Account settings in your dashboard and cancel from your subscription panel. Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, then your account moves to the free plan. Your saved documents stay in your library.
